Default Zune froze?

Well, I just got my zune, and I plugged it in. My computer recognized it as a zune, but the software didn't. Then, I unplugged it to find it frozen, now It's as if it's on hold, and I can't do anything. It's frozen, what should I do?

OMG thank you. My Zune 80 just froze up after watching a video. I nearly cried when it wouldn't respond. I'm so glad its working again.
