Default Zune bottons have strange responses when pressed

everything seems to function for all i know i cant navigate it that well but it goes like this every direction i press seems to just go left i cant do any of the companations i got the thing less then a month ago and have no idea what to do i on the verge of a mental breakdown as im broke it was expensive and i really like it please help me anyway you can and ill be really greatfull for any little bit of help

Which one do you have? Zune 4/8/80?
You're Zune is probably faulty, you'll have to call in to get it fixed.

I suggest either remformating your zune then loading the firmware on to it again. Or calling Microsoft to send it in for repairs.

Yes, and using periods and breaks in your sentences to haha. Joking you man, but it would help read a little better. Unless you did that all in one mega breath, then good job, I totally get it then.

yea try those first
reformat zune and restore firmware
or take it to the store u bought if from
dont go to microsoft right away unless it's ur player is really messed up, people have a hard time with them

The Zune pad is not multi-touch. Make sure you only have one finger touching it when you use it.
