PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
=======================
Every time I connect the Zune to my laptop, it goes through to the sync process, and then the screen turns black with only the word 'connected' in the center. I can't get the menu back on the device. I can't do anything.

THINGS ATTEMPTED SO FAR
===========================
Restarted Zune. Restarted software. Made sure the hold button was off

HAVE YOU SEARCHED ONLINE/ZUNEBOARDS TO FIND A SOLUTION?

Update Zune Driver and update Windows.
