problem occured during installation, software wont recognize zune.

ok i got my zune for christmas and its been working fine until recently when i plugged it in to sync some songs onto it. i plugged in my zune and it dident say connected on it and was just charging, it brought up the zune software which just froze. it did the same thing on every usb port. i used unzoone and then reinstalled the software, reconnected my zune and it said that your device may not work properly because a problem occured during the installation, or something like that. now my zune says connected, is charging. but the software doesnt recognize it and the software freezes everytime i plug my zune in, like last time. does anybody know whats going on? or how to fix it?

i got the zune software from the website, and my zune never came with a cd.
and the version before i unzooned was updated and so is the one im using now.

Update windows and update Zune driver.

Run Unzoone, then install from the full 100mb or so package.
