zune wont turn on

i did the delete thing were you hold back + play
and now my zune wont even turn on.should i call and trade it in for a refurbished one or do you think i can fix it. help me please

The delete thing isnt back and play. Your zune might just be out of battery, try plugging it in to your comp.

If plugging into the computer doesn't work, give your Zune a hard reset. (Restart everything)

Then wait for the contents to be cleared, then the firmware will reinstall.

Wait for the battery to die, then try the combo again when the device comes on.

i did, and wen i plugged it in it went back to the same screen
