Zune Deletes My Videos When I delete from my computer

so i have my synv setting options to Let me Choose for everything because i dont want to sync all my music jus whatever I want to sync. and whenever i put a video on my zune and i delete it from my computer next time i hook up zune and open the software my zune deletes the video from the actual zune itself. is there a way to avoid that?? i dont want it to have it start doing it with my mp3s and quite frankly its gettin annoyin and confusin

go to settings in the software, go to device go to "sync options" click Forget this device
this should fix the problem

When the message box pops up after doing the above, be sure to click Guest.

k guys that seemed to kinda work..but i dont get it. WHY does it do that???? its the most ******ed thing ever!

because when you plug in your zune, if you hadn't clicked "forget this device" then it would automatically compare what's on your zune to what's in your collection and make it so both or the same. If you pick "let me sync my videos" then it won't add whatever you've added to your collection, but it will still delete a video off your zune if it's not still in your collection. That's just how it is.

Just tell it not to automatically sync. The auto sync will do this. Go into settings and tell it you want to do it manually.
I delete mine off of my computer with no problems.
A reason for it might also be that I render all movies to my desktop where it is not monitored. Then I drag and drop them to my Zune software collection, sync, then delete it off my desktop.
Try something like that.
