my zune died...yeah..sucks.

Wow. Can you get it replaced from where you brought it, or have Micro$oft repair it?

How'd it die?

it was restarting itself continuously at first. and now it wont even charge. i just called microsoft right now and im getting it replaced.

If you can get it exchanged from the store you bought it from. I highly suggest doing so, because like most people I know and read about. It might be weeks to months before you ever get your Zune back from Microsoft. But you never know... some people get them back fast others slow. Hopefully you'll be part of the "FAST RETURNS" crowd.

Good luck. I wish Xbox 360 Support was as good as Zune Support.

Actually i do have a two year warranty from FYE. though i have to register it online, but their online service sucks. then i called it in and their phone service also sucks. i went to the store to try to get it exchanged and they told me that they cant exchange it at the store itself and that i have to deal with the people on the phone or online.
