Plugged in my Zune this morning and have not been able to downlaod and sync podcasts all day. All today's podcasts show up as "pending". Have disconnected and reconnected a couple times, no luck. Is there a known issue with downloading podcasts today? If not and it's on my end, any suggestions as to how I can fix this?

I'd bet it would be on your end. MS doesn't really have control of what you've added to your library.
You're not running a firewall are you?

OK, a little more info:
It is taking forever to download podcasts according to the counter (takes several minutes to go from 0% to 100%). But when I check the Podcast directory, nothing is there. Then, after it downloads the podcast, in Device/Status, it shows the podcasts with the yellow exclamartion points, with the error message C00D11CD, leading to this web page: http://www.zune.net/en-US/support/we...lp_contextid=0 Which looks like a general catch-all error page. Any ideas? ![]() |

Meaning an error on the server side? If so, that's different from what Dizzy is saying, which suggests an error on the client side.
I do think it's a client-side error, because I attached the Zune to my laptop computer, claimed it as the primary computer rather than connecting as guest (which I do every time I switch back and forth), and it downloaded the podcasts just fine. When I switch back to the desktop, I will claim that as the primary computer, and see whether the podcasts then sync up. What a pain in the ass. Any suggestions from anyone on this? ![]() |

Kind of a pain in the ass, but I've heard this works.
Unsubscribe from all your podcasts. Delete all the content you downloaded (to your computer) from those podcasts. Resubscribe and it should work.
