computer wont detect zune..?
My computer wont detect my zune, I've checking device manager blah blah... Is there a way to fix it? or should I just exchange it tomorrow..
If i do exchange it, would I have to pay the original price for an 80GB? I have a 4GB right now It was only 150 at target. |

What happens when you connect it. Do you here the chimes? Does the zune show connected? Is it charging?

if you return it, you get your money back but you have to pay an extra $100 for the zune 80.. make sure your device properties are working properly..

It doesn't do anything, no chimes..nothing. It hasn't been charged because of this problem.. I've tried using other computers around the house and Its not even working on those.. for awhile a battery would show up and it just wouldn't sync.. not it doesn't do ****. |

new cable then... unless your zune usb port thingy has problem..

Or the ports on your comp are messed up? But I think it's the cable.

if the ports are mess up, go to start, my computer, device manager, uninstall the usb ports, then reinstall all of them.. it will auto install..

I restarted my computer hoping it may magicaly start working again..but it didnt.....however... this popped up..

The software usually has all the zune required stuff. I'm out of ideas.
