Default Zune 80gb How do I add Video?

I am using software recommended on site to convert DVD to video formats accepted by Zune, However I can't seem to get them to sync using the sync to folder option. I have tried draging thtm and dropping as well but no joy.

The video enhancement setting is not activated (doesn't like my graphics hardware).

can anyone direct me to help about loading video and also confirm whether enhancement setting must be on to load video?

Have now solved problem by converting video to WMV format only. Even though some of my video was in a format accepted by zune(according to software) it wouldn't import/sync it. So will use WMV format from now on.

However, just like the problem I have with audio, zune desktop software will not play video it just says "opening" all the time. Have tried re-install etc but still doesnt work. The files all play on WMP OK.
