i plug my zune up to my computer, click on the zune icon in the lower left hand corner of the screen on the zune software, then select all of my songs and then delete them. (reason for doing this is that on my zune there are songs that are muliplyed and they dont regester as muliplyed on the zune soft were when the zune is pluged into the comp.) and then when i disconect my zune to make sure all of the songs are gone all of my artist are still there but with no songs in the files what do i do to erase them. ive tryed the button coibos but i cant seam to get them to work
so any ideas? :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

You need to do a complete format that means deleting the files and the firmware. Then update to the latest firmware and this should solve your problem.
