frozen zune 80?

Hello, I was listening to my zune 80, when the screen went black. the zune logo then appeared, and it stayed frozen on the zune logo. i couldn't reset it, and no key combinations work. yes, the hold switch was off. I let the battery die as recommended. When i plugged it back into my computer, the screen just started glowing. I am now the proud owner of a fully functioning glowing black screen. by the way, it's a zune original, and I'm not sure what the return situation is with those. any help would be much appreciated.

ok go to the zune website and register it, explain to them what is happening and they should send you a cardboard coffin p.s the song could have been a virus because i have heard of this happening to multiple people with just one certain song

hehe. that sounds funny. sorry about your Zune though. I have also heard of the virus deal with some other people. hope it don't happen to me...

that's strange, since the song i was playing was one i had ripped from a cd. many thanks for the help.

your zune does not have a virus. Restart the zune by hold the up and back button at the same time.
