Problems with the media that came with my zune!!!!

When I set up my zune, I deleted all the media that came on the zune (all of the songs,pictures, and video that was already loaded on it). After deleting from my zune through the computer, I checked on my Zune at the storage under settings and it said that I still had 10 videos (even though I deleted them and don't have any videos). I looked at the device through my computer and it said there were no videos on the device. Then I synced it, however, when I checked again at the storage it said there were still 10 videos. I then added some of my own video and when I checked storage it said that I have 13 videos (when I only had 3 on my device). What do I do about this?? Thanks

Try doing a hard reset, then resynchronizing all of your content.

if a hard reset doesnt work send it in to MS

Make sure to do the button combo that doesn't delete the firmware. That will just make more work for you.

wait by a "hard" reset you just mean reset (hold back+hold up) or is a hard reset something different?
