PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

I recieved a Zune 80 for Christmas
I live in Northern Ireland, UK, and my aunt got me it in New York

I had nearly filled the memory and it starts freezing up whenever I move fast, and I had to reset

Now, it has just died (not during use, I went to turn it on and nothing happened). Black screen, power off. Doesn't respond to reset.
It won't respond when I plug it into computer and open Zune Software.

I have left it plugged in for a few hours, to see if maybe the battery was flat or something ... but still no response!!!

PLEASE HELP!
I'm desperate

I got a zune 80 for christmas, and it dies within 4 days, I had to return it to get a replacement.

Sorry, if those button combos don't work you'll have to send it back to your aunt so she can get it replaced.

make sure you have firmware 2.3 installed on the zune and above try the button combo to restore the zune.
