Zune Touchpad jammed?

I kept my zune in my pocket and forgot to lock it and now it seems the touchpad is jammed or something, cause I can't go up with the touch pad, by scrolling it or by pushing the button, when i push up it does the same thing as the center button. Please help.

I would suggest a reset of the zune, but I'm not entirely sure how to do that with the new zunes.

You might try this combo and see if it works:
Press and hold the back+up buttons to reset your zune.

He can't do back+up. Try back+down.
