Fixing screen captures

Some videos I have screen captures from other videos. Is there some way to edit the screen captures videos have?

There's a problem with the videos too?
No i don't think there is a way but i will try to find out in a few hours as I am using my laptop (i use my desktop computer for my Zune)

It's done automatically. Your best bet would be to reverse sync and then resync. It should fix your thumbnails.
