ZUNE BAD MADNESS

I been waitting since 10/5/07 when I made my preorder from CC.I bouth and 8g red for my wife and of course one 80gb for daddy.CC missplace my order and finally yesterday the 28 I recibe llike a child a package from the post office. My wife was very happy because the red one was her aniversary present. All was fine except when I charge my 80 .When I play music sudenly it turn off and then restart,living me in the middle of the best songs. Even connected to the ac charger it does the same shi..... I was waitting for so long for this. This is realy zune madness for me.Please some one tell me is only a setting I can change to fix it.

Hmm, I would try this.

1. Backup your music
2. Do a hard reset of the Zune Device
3. See if it still does it.

This happened to my Zune 30. It was the songs. They were corrupted. I'd do what Gregory said. wipe your zune and resync everything

same thing here. just happens randomly. there are many posts and many people with the same problem. microsoft says its due to a fatal event that happens and the firmware shuts down to protect itself.
i just did a hard reset and whiped the hd completely clean. i put all my stuff back on my zune and within 5 minutes it rebooted. so the hard reset doesnt do anything by take off all the preloaded content.
after rebooting i played a song and before it was over the unit rebooted again. i did a soft reset and all was well until i turned it off.
this is getting really annoying. i am willing to deal but i really hope someone comes up with a fix for this
