Hi,
I have a question about the "sync procedure" on the Zune 80 GB, with all the "latest and greatest" soft- and firmware on it. Let's say I have 10,000 MP3's which synced fine and without problems. 7,500 of these MP3's have already embedded Album Art, the oher 2,500 do not. Now, I am in the process of adding Album Art to the remaining 2,500 MP3's, but it seems like the Zune Software does not recognizes the changes in the MP3 file and does ot sync the files to which I have added Album Art So far the only other option I saw is to erase EVERYTHING on the 80 GB Zune and re-sync the whole 10,000 MP3's. Is there an easier or better way to force the synchronization of certain files who have changed ? Thank you, JCE ![]()

You may need to shut the software down and then open it again for the changes to occur. Then resync.
Hope that helps...

Hi,
thanks for your reply. Well, if I shut down the Zune Software and re-open it, the software will display the new albums with the newly embedded albumart, but since NO tag, NO file name, ect. changed, these files don't synchronize and even if the software displays the new album, the same album on the Zune does not show the newly added albumart. If I erase everything on the Zune and re-sync everything new, the albumart will show. So my qustion actually is : Is there a way or quick procedure, to copy files to the Zune, overwriting the same existing ones ? Thanks again, JCE ![]()
