Default Help me please!

Ok a lot of problems here. I have the same problem with the harddrive. It says i've used like 20 gb when there is no songs or videos or anything on it. Next problem, the zune is detected but "Windows doesn't recognize it". I've plugged in my zune once and it worked and now it doesnt. Whats going on?

i just reformatted it and it says i have abou 26 gb left, is that normal now

Well first you never can actually use the full 30gb, second, some space is needed for you inbox.

ok new problem. i try to add songs, and it syncs but it only synced the first three songs and said it was done. why?

i was also wondering, when i sync my songs onto the zune does the bit rate/quality stay the same as it was on my computer? or does it convert it?

great now im getting error on everything that i try to sync

try re installing the Zune software. Also about the bit rate I'm pretty sure it's close to the same on your computer.

It's not buggy, sometimes some people just have problems with it.

ok so now i get an error saying that it needs to clear all the files that i uploaded. so right now its reformating, again and it wont even update

i reinstalled the program, reformated, i can add a few songs before it starts saying error on marketplace and it wont let me sync and more

I still think it's your zune, if you have any friends with a zune try to copy songs at their house and see what happens.

My Zune Did the same thing i reformatted it and reinstalled the software and it worked fine

He already tried that. I'd just send it in to microsoft. Your zune shouldn't be acting slow.
