What is the best site to get new wallpaper?

Also if I wanted to create my own, how to?

On this site, there are walllpapers in a couple places, first is the Gallery that can be accessed from the toolbar above.

The second is the Wallpaper section under zMedia

and to create your own you would need a program like photoshop!

Are there any types of specifications? I've used some of my pics from computer but of course they do not display correctly by size or orientation.

Image > attributes or stretch/skew (it's not very accurate though). If all you want to do is resize it, try this.
