Default Marketplace sign in error (Brings up the support page)

Can anyone tell me how to get this fixed...I saw waterchestnut was having the same problem, but didnt say how to fix it. I have XP Home SP2, I.E. 7, WMP11, and have installed all high priority updates. Yet it still wont work. And tech support has no clue. They just keep telling me to try again in 48 hours. I am about to return this thing in about 48 hours if it doesnt start working soon.

No, I have disabled all the the spyware and firewall programs on my machine. I have tried everything to get around this. According to Technical support alot of people are having the same problem. I have even tried to creat several windows live accounts.

I called support when this happened to me and they said to like reinstall th ENTIRE zune program (Temp files and all) and then reload it.

I reinstalled the entire program and I get the same thing. Hellllp! I just bought a zune pass today.
