Default How to use FeedYourZune/FireAnt?

I installed FeedYourZune/Fireant ( http://feedyourzune.com/ ) and had it download some podcasts.

I don't see how it works with Zune to be in the right place to sync. I can't find any Zune-specific instructions for syncing.

Does anyone use this and can explain it?

Thank you.

Do you see the netcasts in the Zune software in the video section? If not are the netcasts in a folder that is monitored?

Also, just curious, which netcasts do you like?

The downloaded files are all placed into your MyVideos folder. When you start the Zune software it automatically looks in that folder to find new files and they are ready to be synced to your Zune...
