Zune software doesn't recognize my Zune anymore!!

I tried to hook my Zune up to my laptop the other day and it didn't recognize it. My software is version 1.3.5728.0 and I am also running the Guest Hack by Marshillboy. I believe it is version v.Z. I checked to make sure that the Zune network sharing service was running, and it is. I even tried stopping and starting it, but still nothing.

So, any idea on where to start? As soon as I plug the Zune in, it turns on and that's it. It won't even charge the battery. Maybe it's just a bad cable.

I believe it's a bad cable. Mine has not been recognized sometimes but it always charges.
