Can't turn Zune off... (!)

Hi
I was syncing Zune when my PC freezed :/ now I cant turn my Zune off... battery icon shows that it is charging all the time even when it's disconnected... Windows and Zune Software don't recognizes player... what to do?
please help...

Try holding onto the back button, and the top button together for 4 seconds. If that does not work, try draining your battery.

That was freaky, it flashed through a bunch of my pictures super fast, then shut off and rebooted...
