Vid conversion problem

Alright, as of a few days ago, my zune software suddenly stopped being able to convert and sync any type of video (only video pics and music work fine) that isnt already perfectly in the zune supported formatting. if its not it errors out instantly, without any attempt to convert it at all.

The exact same video file converts and syncs perfectly on my other computer.

Ive tried reinstalling Zune several times and nothing... (note: the Zune Software is NOT hacked in any way on either computer)

One thing that i noticed is that ZuneEnc.exe (zunes encoder helper) doesn't launch any more when it should be launching to convert the video. Ive tried manually launching it and it doesn't work.

Any help would be Great
