help with installation

okay.. so i just bought a zune.. when ever i try to isntall it it dosn't show the percentage but eventuallty says installation complete.. then it goes to an error screen telling me it killed itself and i need to close programs reboot.. i did tried agasin same error even tried so then i tried szip.. i try both hardrives but it says it ended prematurly try again.. once again no percentage bar.. i have a legal windows xp sp2 home edition english. i have no idea what the problem is.. any ideas?

Go to zune.net and download a copy of the latest installer from there.
then give it a go.
