help! i can't download songs =[

Hi,
I have the zune pass ( its not expired) and whenever i go on my zunesoftware and try to d/l music it says downloading then after a lil bit it says The file cannot be purchased or downloaded. The file might not be available from Zune Marketplace.
This is really really bothering me.

I don't know what could be wrong, I used to be able to d.l music...

pleaseeee help mee!!!!!
