video not showing up in Zune Software

hi new here ^^

this has only worked acouple times!

when ever i have my zune connected to my PC i go to the files on device menue thingy under the video tab and all it ever does is that "Please Wait" screen ... it does this all the time and never loads the synced vids or it says that there are no videos on my zune when there are. any help? and has anyone thought about making a hack to make the zune show asian texts?

try to convert them with a third party converter. see if it works.

well i relize wat i need to do... theyll only show up if i sync a new video

so... do you have to add a new vid every time you sync?

well what i was trying to do was remove a video off my device. And the videos on my device will only show up on the software if i sync a new video... it doesnt effect the songs or the pics from showing up

oh I see what you mean.

Maybe this can all be fixed by a reinstalling the software.
