Stuck in Boot Loop

Hi all,

My Zune is stuck in a boot loop at the screen with Zune logo and loading bar. I have tried pressing and holding (<-) and the center button while booting but nothing happens... yes it is unlocked. I believe I may have a HDD problem...

Have you tried doing a hard reset(deletes content+firmware?
