getting heavily frustrated

I am starting to get severely upset with my Zune right now.

I used to never have this problem when I had the old firmware on the zune, but ever since updating the zune software and my zune to the new firmware, it started having major issues.

Videos and pictures sync up fine, but music likes to maybe send a song or if I'm lucky a handful, and then give me the error code COOD124D. I clicked web help and it told me to restart my zune, so I did, and still get the same problem.

Anybody have any ideas? I have tried the hard reset, I have tried almost everything, I have a feeling that I need the old firmware and old software to fix this issue.

Well, this was really weird. Zune software and Firmware 2.3 was crashing a helluva lot. But then I decided to uninstall the software, and then had the usual installation problems. Went and downloaded 2.5 from the microsoft website, and that installed fine. Then, I had problems updating the firmware. Kept crashing on me. SO, I did the hard reset, then the button combo that deletes everything including the firmware (back, center button, left button on circle) and it went to finish the third step, and started up fine, although it didn't delete everything on my Zune like I had originally anticipated.

I'm not complaining, now everything works real smooth, minus the factor of it the software not being able to play a damn thing, but other then that all is well.

I hope this helps anyone else who had the same problem as I had.
