Default Zune As HardDrive Sync

I am able to access my zune as a usb drive, and I am able to add files to it.
But, the problem is that when i add a video, it wont be detected by the zune software. Also, when i access the video from the zune, there is no title and no thumbnail, only a number showing running time.

When i place a song into the zune, it does not show up in the zune or in the software. Can anyone help? Thanks

Sounds like you need to uninstall/reinstall the software and/or make sure the videos you're using are even compatible with the zune and/or make sure the video files arnt read only and/or make sure the files are in a folder that the zune software is monitoring and/or i need caffine b/c im falling aslee..zzz

the video files are already converted and work when i sync it normally, so thats not the problem. They are being put into the same folder as the other videos also. I am going to try reinstalling the software.. thanks.

same thing...

when i check the video files, under properties,
for a movie that was synced normally

- It had a resource tab, with thumbnail, and also under details tab had a title...
