Zune video sync

I have the zune 30 , The version is 2.5 . Now here is my problem :

I have video in .avi , so I converted a few into wmv .Now when I sinc to my zune ,I says under syncing : "Converting" And after 10 mins it just doesn't work
And when I look at details it says :

An unknow error orrured......
C00D11CD
(C00D1192)

1. Why is it converting again isn't the zune format wmv??
2. What does that error mean and what can I do about it

Now I also have a video in MP4(that I converted from avi) and when I sinc what does it say ...... Converting !!!!!

And it just takes so longgggggggggg Much more than an hour.

This has nothing to do with my computer (It's not old , no virus or anything)

I formated my zune , reinstalled the zune software and ..... Still nothing!!!

Easiest way is just to convert with a third party program to a Zune preset.

DFin't you read it??!!??I CONVERTED IT TO WMV AND AN OTHER ONE TO MP4!!!!
The wmv one doesn't work and the mp4 one takes two hours !!

WMV IS THE ZUNE FORMAT NO????AND WHAT ABOUT MP4???
