Unhappy Plz Help Meee!

Ok heres the crack the other day i pluged in my zune 30 to be greated with this



can anybody help me, and dont tell me 2 just uninstal or use unzoone or reinstal the drivers, im not sutpid, im one step ahead... allready tryed.

um go to device manager and see if anything is wrong

right click my computer and go to properties>hardware

well yeah theres obviously something wrong. heres wt it says in the properties window. now when i try 2 reinstall the i get the same window as above.

Uninstall/Reinstall the Zune software.
If you get the same results use Unzoone to uninstall (after you've ran the windows uninstaller).

the zune itself may be messed up, so check it to see if it will connect to the computer to charge or anything like that

nope using unzoone didnt help and theres nothing wrong with the device its self as i had 2 reinstall the fimware on another computer and put my music on, so yeah removing the firmware also didnt help.
