Default [Solved] Help!!

Hi,

I can't synchronize videos (wmv format) on my zune. Whenever I synchronize a video, the synchronization ends normally but when I check it on my zune it's not there. I even synchronized a video podcast today and it's still not there on my zune.

I just broke my zune and microsoft sent me a new one and I've deleted all it's preloaded videos without watching it. I am now wondering if it's the new zune that's not taking the videos or there's there's something I have to do to synchronize the vidoes. I had so many videos on my old zune but now I can't synchronize it in my so-called new zune. Please help!!!!

Try a firmware clear, then Reset the firmware, and re-sync. It worked for me when I had this exact same problem.
