ever since i have downloaded the new version of the zune program......I CANT SIGN IN!
and even worse...my zune card wont update....a

also i cannot change my zune card picture or background

ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

can anyone help me?

First off, what happens when you attempt to sign in? Be sure to give the correct information.

Changing your picture involves signing in, so for now explain and/or post photos of your problem.

ok....this has been going on for a long time..

whenever i try to sign in on my account on the zune software...

i get this message...

but i can sign in on the zune social website..

You are able to change your picture from the website as well.

For the software, try uninstalling it with UnZoone and reinstall normally.

k so i uninstalled with unzoone.. and then re-installed and i still cannot sign in..

you have to go to the site and login and read the new updated thing.

If I remember you first have to go to Zune.Net and login. Read the updates and whatnot and then you can log in via the Zune Marketplace.

I'm pretty sure this could be it.
