No Guest Option or Forget Option!

For the life of me I cannot find the guest option,I hvae ininstalled and reinstalled two times,I want to delete the files on my computer but keep the files on the Zune,I saw the GUEST thing in this forum,but I do not have that option,after choosing device>settings,all I get is(start Zune software when I connect the device),and I go through the whole menu and I do not have it,I had it at one time.
I do not have 'forget this device either' anymore,as well.
I can't seem to figure it out.
I do not want to connect the Zune in fear of loosing what is on it,because what is on it is no longer in my computer and I want to add more.

Please Help!!!

You need to have your Zune connected to enable guest sync. All I can recommend is plugging in the Zune and quickly stopping the sync, then enabling guest mode.
