Hello I am new to the boards so I am sorry if this has been asked before...
Anyways, I just got my zune and I wanted to put some episodes of a TV show onto it. I downloaded the "Cucusoft Zune Video Converter Suite", converted the video to be compatible to the zune and transfered the video to my zune. The problem is when its on the zune it doesn't display in the Video area of the zune menu. Why is this happening? |

i'm having a similar problem, to be more specific, i'm borrowing my gf's zune, i decided to update some music and add a few music videos... got it updated to latest firmware, installed new software and everthing... so the music part seemed to work fine besides the fact i look at the songs on the zune and notice there are some there that won't display on the zune software that i can't delete because of that...
now the next problem really gets me... i converted about 30-40 music videos with Any Video Converter, 320x240, 768kbs, .wmv the right format and everything... it adds to my collection just fine, then i drag it over and sync it to the zune... well to make my life hell it adds a few of them then stops syncing or shows it's done... so i disconnect the zune, go and look and NONE of the videos show, i've gotten 4 vids to show but i deleted them to start over by auto syncing the videos in my collection with the zune... same things seems to happen, but it shows up on the software but not the zune, so when i plug it back in it shows the vids still there, then a few seconds later, they're all gone again... everyone one of them... BUT the biggest piece of whatever of it all is the space is still taken up from the vids i added, so they're still there but they won't show up anymore... i've done it at least 2-3 times, it's damn near full and can't add too much more, only 300 mb left on 30gb... and it's pissing me off cuz i can't free up the space or get the videos to show up, anyone who has any answers, please help! i'm currently backing up all the music on it(which is taking forever damnit) |

alright i gave up on the damned thing, i just copied everything i could over to the computer, and went to settings and click forget this device, then clikc erase all content or whatever... then told it to sync to pics, vids, and music and now it seems fine, videos show up and work great and everything... with 4 gigs to spare! which is about correct for what it was in the first place...

Hook your Zune up, go to settings, click on the device tab, Under the "Sync Options" option menu under the heading "Device Options" You'll see options "Erase all content" and "Forget this Device"
