Video Syncing Problem

Error: C00D11CD

Problem: Can't sync videos. I converted all to .WMV and tried to sync and it trys to convert files and fails. Tried putting 30 files on. 3 went on, rest failled, but all the files are the same format, from the same source, used by same converter. Had this issue before and wired it into back, then it worked. Did it this time, fail. Reset, fail. New port, fail. Reinstall software, fail. Reset Library, fail. And recently, hard reset and fail.

Please help me! Whats the point of having an MP4 without video?

Have you updated the firmware of the Zune to the latest version? If not, that's a start.

i think its just another problem that came along
with this piece of crap update that they say "fixes bugs and glitches"
im having the same problem, i had 3 wmv's, which have always worked
but i put my first vids on since the update and i got an error: C00D002F

Can't play becasue the file is corrupt or invalid.
well, its not corrupt or invalid, because it plays and i got it from ZuneTV
so screw microsoft

Same problem after updating. Worked fine now nothing I do will let video show up. It says it is syncing but it does'nt.

I have the same problem, but I don't know if it is the result of the update or not as I didn't even try to sync videos until friday, when my software informed me that i had to update.

I have the same problem. I think somthing is messed up with the metadata so what i did was reconvert it using AutoMkv or whatever to mp4 then the zune will recognize it again but yeah it sux if anybody has the solution it can help me too
