Cannot Connect

My Zune Program says my zune is not connected, including any other program
Yet, i look at my zune and it says its charging.
What do i do?

restart computer, restart zune... if that dont work try delete your software then redownload it.

tell us if it works... and if still doesnt you probably have to do the painful thing: HARD RESET

it's a pain... it usually fixes most problems but it delete EVERYTHING on your zune! including the firmware, but if you wanna try hard reset, here's the link on how to do it:
