Everytime I try to use my Zune 30GB on my friend's Xbox 360 it plays one or maybe two songs, then disconnects. I've been trying to research the problem, but it seems that the majority isn't having any problems. I'm not sure if the problem is with the Zune or the Xbox. I haven't had access to another 360 to make sure either.
Anyone here know about this issue? Any fixes? |

Try doing a hard reset on the Zune.

Seriously, tell these people how to do a hard reset, and call it restarting, because that's what it is, and from experience, people are usually afraid of the words, hard reset. Anyway. Press back and up at the same time to restart the Zune.

I restarted a couple of times and it does the same thing. It plays one song or a portion of the song and drops the connection.
I don't have another cable to test, but the cable works fine for syncing and charging. I tried another Xbox 360. It worked in the other one, and I'm not quite sure what's different. |
