Any Help For the Zune Install

I've gotten as far as the Install Error (asian girl in pain). I've tried the Start Run "D:\Packages\ZUNE\msxm-x86-ENU(Zune).exe" and I get this window:

"Windows cannot find D:\Packages\ZUNE\msxm-x86-ENU(Zune).exe Make sure you typed the name correctly,and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click search."



What should I do now. Any Help...

You have the install cd, and D:\ is your cd drive(not E:\ or something) because if its not D then theres the prob.

also make sure to install the most current version of zune software from : http://www.zune.net/en-US/

D: is where the CD is and those links do nothing for me. I called the Zune support line and spent over an hour and still nothing. I'm running Windows XP SP2, and would it make a difference that I'm using an external hard drive to hold all my music?

for the Install? no it shouldnt matter.
