Zune 30 Auto Restart?

Hi, I'm fairly new to the Zune world and I'd like to know why my Zune is automatically restarting after x amount of playing time. The time varies from 1 minute to 30 minutes.

It just automatically restarts without any error.

A solution and explanation would be very much appreciated.

id say do a hard reset.

back + up and while its restarting, back + center + up

if that doesnt work call microsoft

Will this delete anything on my Zune?

EDIT: i just had a thought. are you hitting back and up at the same time perhaps?

No, it happens when it's in my jacket; perhaps it might be static electricity? But I put it in my jeans and it still restarted..

The key combination will not work. I press back+up and it restarts and immediately after, I press back + center + up and it just continues regular restart.

Any ideas?

EDIT

Fixed the combination, did a hard boot.

Before it used to accept mp4 videos (quick time) but now my zune software does not. It also doesn't recognize that the videos are in the folder I put them in.

What should I do?
