Download CD's to Zune

I am trying to dowload cd's to my PC and then to my ZUNE.
Can't figure out how to do this function.

Any help would be appreciated.

rip music using a program or just window player..
then find the location of the music..
drag and drop to your zune software's music collection
then drag it into your zune.
