Yesterday my Zune 30 fell on its side while plugged into the USB cord with my computer so it'd be charged. But one of those little clasp thigs on just one side fell out, so now there's no way to pull out the cord safely. What do I do now??

Take the cord apart. You may not be able to put it back together, but a cord is cheaper than a Zune. I doubt the warranty covers things like this.

Call 877-GET-Zune and tell them the cord got stuck, don't mention anything about the drop.

I suggest calling.
Just stick a small blunt object into the broken area, and push on the other side. That might work.

This happened to me too, I just shove a pen into the left prong while holding the right one down, then it comes out a side at a time. I would get a new cord, but this is cheaper even if you have to use two hands instead of just one.
