Audio Off Sync

I used AVS Video Converter to convert an .AVI video to the zune wmv format and i synced it to my zune without the zune softwear converting it again. The video plays fine in zune but the audio is off sync where the lips on the person move before the sound of his voice. Any comments or suggestions.

What settings did you use? Did you check the video file before converting?
