Default Videos won't show up in "all videos" tab on device

Stupid Zune software... So I am trying to delete videos off of my Zune to make some room. When I click the video tab and then go down to my Zune and click "all videos", I get a message that says "There are no files on this device. To begin, sync files to the device." The problem is, there are already 12 or so movies on the device, and they show up on the device... but I can't delete them since the stupid software doesn't see them on the device... Anyone else have this problem????

Thanks,

Crazed

I've had that problem when I'm accidentally looking under "all videos" of my library instead of my Zune.

But maybe you aren't as stupid as me...

Are you talking about trying to delete the videos that came with your Zune, because I don't think you can.

I have several videos on my new Zune that I have not put there- they show up on my Zune but not in the software. How do I delete them?
