I Don"t Know How To Delete Music From My Zune Device

Hey all I'm new to this, I had my Zune for a year now and I starting to hate it I'm thinking about getting an Apple Ipod because it more easier to download music, movies and pictures and they have a site were u can get free music, but with the Zune it is not easy it don't come with any type of instructions, but my problem is that I want to delete the music that is on my device and redo my music over and I wanna know how to download movies, pictures and I really need help before I sell it to get an apple Ipod, don't get me wrong I love my Zune but it is very difficult to get my music or movies and etc.. on it so if someone can please help me to figure things out I will really appreciate it with all my heart please help me... To delete music off your zune:

Sync your zune to your computer/software > Go to device section> Go to the music section in the device section of the software> Choose what song you want to delete then right click and choose the option to delete it off your zune. Or you can click the song and press delete on your keyboard. You can do the same with albums just click and choose to delete them.
