Help!!!

Ok so i was clearing out my hard drive and putting some of my music onto a seperate usb connected hard drive a little while ago and i think i moved some of the zune files downloaded onto my computer. So then when i tried to listen to some music and open my zune player nothing happened. So i tried to re- download the software both form the cd and from online and every time it eventually comes up with a page that says the softwar has had an error and cannot complete the download. It alos will not let me uninstall the software to strat fresh! What do i do!! Im freaking out! and im not the only users of this computer so i dont want the other users getting mad! so please help!!

If it helps - i have th oroginal 30gb white zune

Unzoone is a great tool for removing all traces of the software from your computer. Use that to clear it off and then try reinstalling, should work without a hitch.

Did you go to control panel/remove programs???
