My Zune won't work

I have my Zune more than a year, and now not working at all i try to charge
a battery what i got is a Zune logo keep pop-up and off and on .Any idea
What's cause to my Zune malfunction problem. Please Help!!!!!!!!::

Try doing a hard reset if you can.

The zune logo flashing means that either your battery is not connected, or DEAD. Either way take it back to best buy(or wherever you bought it) and try to get it exchanged, or send it back to microsoft.
