sync from device to computer

I just got a new lap top with Vista. Naturally it upgraded the device and the old software. All my play lists and songs are still in the zune but nothing in the computer. How do i sync my device and download all my songs and playlists to my computer? Thanks!!!

open zune software go to device, then start dragging music from your zune to the computer icon in the bottom left corner. Be prepared to take all night to do this because if yours is anything like mine i had to do it 2 albums at a time. it litterally takes forever.

Are you able to do that with your play lists also?

yeah i just tried and had sucess with two of my playlists, funny i never use my pc to play music so i've never tried lol.
